- 1) Fill the pot with water and wait until the water boils.
- 2) Now add salt! Why must you wait until the water boils to add salt? Because salted water takes longer to reach the boiling point.
-3)Put the pasta in the pot and wait, stirring from time to time.
-4) Drain the pasta “al dente” ( about 1 minute before the recommended time).
Et voilà! You onlyhave to season it with your favorite sauce!
